Built in 1900, The Grand Piano Building has held many businesses in its storied past. From furniture and pianos, restaurants, and office space, this grand building has seen it all. Now its new owner, Mike Fitzgerald, plans to make the Grand Piano Building the premier office space in Hagerstown as well as providing a new restaurant, and catering services within the Grand Ballroom.

We have tried to maintain some of the beautiful historic features of the building as well as given it a fresh, modern and innovative design. Plans include marble inlay floor in the lobby, top-of-the-line finishes throughout, and build-outs for large office spaces. Plans also include a national chain restaurant in the space that was formerly Rococo. The Grand Piano Building’s upper floors currently boast some of the best office space layouts of any downtown building. With modern finishes added, the Grand Piano Building will only improve.
